Invoices are due for payment within 30 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts at 8% above the Bank of England base rate in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement by providing written notice as specified in the relevant engagement agreement. Upon termination, all outstanding fees for work completed to the date of termination become immediately due and payable.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
